TextYess aims to build the leading SaaS to enable brands to sell within messaging apps, integrating customer support with AI, marketing automation and payments.

The role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who lives for turning demos into deals.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure every conversation moves towards conversion. This is a high-impact role where your ability to communicate, influence, and close will directly shape our growth trajectory.

Your main goals

  • Run product demos that wow : help merchants understand the value of conversational commerce
  • Close deals efficiently : move opportunities from demo to paying customer
  • Ensure a smooth handoff : set new customers up for success with our customer success team

What you\'ll work on

  • Take ownership of all qualified opportunities
  • Run discovery calls and product demos that clearly articulate TextYess’s value
  • Address objections, build confidence, and guide prospects to decision
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize agreements within our structured pricing model
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and keep it up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to refine our pitch and demo strategy
  • Share feedback from conversations to improve messaging and product roadmap
  • Work closely with customer success team to ensure seamless transitions post-sale

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role (preferably in B2B SaaS or eCommerce solutions)
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding close rates and revenue targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you know how to run a killer demo
  • Ability to simplify complex value propositions and make them compelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • A proactive, positive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

What we expect

  • Learn our product inside out and understand our ICP
  • Shadow demo calls to get familiar with our sales process
  • Align with the CEO and sales team on main priorities

Within weeks :

  • Take full ownership of demos from start to finish
  • Close your first deals and bring merchants onboard
  • Share insights to help improve our demo scripts and objection handling

Within months :

  • Consistently hit or exceed your monthly closing targets
  • Contribute to refining the demo process and closing strategy
  • Be a trusted voice in shaping our sales playbook as we scale

  • Salary : The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K.
