You will work closely with senior professionals and partners, engaging in sophisticated mandates across corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A, and private equity. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with business acumen, thrives in demanding environments, and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate and commercial matters, both domestic and cross-border
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts and transaction documents
• Support M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring operations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure legal precision, strategic alignment, and client satisfaction

Your Profile:

• Law degree with top academic results
• Experience in structured or international law firms
• Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional work
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with high personal standards
• Willingness to work from Milan or Treviso, with flexibility as needed
