Sales Director

with solid and proven experience in the luxury segment.

The selected professional will join a highly international, dynamic and fast-growing environment, playing a key role in steering the commercial strategy and directly contributing to the brand’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy across international and domestic markets, with a strong focus on maximizing results and elevating brand value
  • Develop strategic partnerships, corporate agreements and long-term relationships with major global key accounts
  • Define and implement sales plans and revenue management strategies, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing performance
  • Accelerate brand growth across the luxury, HNWI, experiential travel, top-tier leisure and premium corporate segments
  • Coordinate and inspire the Sales team, fostering an approach centered on excellence, quality and alignment with the corporate vision
  • Monitor KPIs, market trends and the competitive landscape, providing strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Represent the brand at events, trade fairs, high-profile networking activities and global business development initiatives

Ideal Profile

  • Solid background in luxury hospitality or in comparable high-end environments, preferably within structured international organizations
  • Significant experience leading Sales teams and driving commercial strategies in global markets
  • Strong ability to build high-value relationships with senior stakeholders and operate confidently in premium, multicultural contexts
  • Results-oriented mindset, outstanding negotiation skills and an analytical, strategic approach
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
  • Availability for international travel and global business development activities
  • Proactive mindset, strategic vision and natural problem-solving capabilities
