Reporting into the Monobrand Account Manager you will be a trusted advisor of Monobrand partners across all their sales channels (digital and brick-mortar) and on all the markets they serve : consumer education and role will be key in evolving the Monobrand footprint within Italy ensuring a best-in-class customer experience within physical and digital stores. You will contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives tailored to each line of business with the goal of increasing weekly run rates and driving sustained growth. A strong analytical mindset is essential for success in this role. You will monitor interpret and act upon key business metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. Leveraging data insights you will propose and drive improvements in partner will work cross-functionally with Education and Enterprise teams to support their execution plans and collaborate with Central Team (Sales SP&O and Finance) Distributors and Marcom to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.
