The Branch Coordinator is a talented individual within the Branch COE managing over 80 branches and tax registrations of Nuovo Pignone group worldwide. The Branch COE also coordinates 50+ Branch Managers and 30+ Deputy Branch Managers, supporting their professional development in branch management. The COE is part of a broader ecosystem including ASP (Administrative Service Providers), law firms, various company functions, and the Board of Directors.

As a Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and oversight to Nuovo Pignone's branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Ensuring operational readiness of branches through effective cross-functional coordination (legal, tax, finance, sourcing).
- Maintaining daily contact with branch managers.
- Supporting the quality and responsiveness of branch processes and KPIs.
- Managing branch manager YoY replacement plans and related activities.
- Managing Branch POAs and maintaining current branch data in cooperation with the Governance Team.
- Supporting training initiatives for branch managers, including dedicated events.
- Utilizing tools such as the Branch Profiling Tool and GoldNet.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have over 5 years of experience in branch management.
- Be fluent in Italian and English.
- Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and the ability to work under heavy workloads while maintaining deadlines.
- Be self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple deliverables.
- Be detail-oriented, passionate about managing complex projects, and creative in problem-solving.
- Work well in a team environment.
