The Branch Coordinator is a talented individual within the Branch COE managing over 80 branches and tax registrations of Nuovo Pignone group worldwide. The Branch COE also coordinates 50+ Branch Managers and 30+ Deputy Branch Managers, supporting their professional development in branch management. The COE is part of a broader ecosystem including ASP (Administrative Service Providers), law firms, various company functions, and the Board of Directors.

As a Branch Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and oversight to Nuovo Pignone's branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensuring operational readiness of branches through effective cross-functional coordination (legal, tax, finance, sourcing).
  • Maintaining daily contact with branch managers.
  • Supporting the quality and responsiveness of branch processes and KPIs.
  • Managing branch manager YoY replacement plans and related activities.
  • Managing Branch POAs and maintaining current branch data in cooperation with the Governance Team.
  • Supporting training initiatives for branch managers, including dedicated events.
  • Utilizing tools such as the Branch Profiling Tool and GoldNet.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have over 5 years of experience in branch management.
  • Be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and the ability to work under heavy workloads while maintaining deadlines.
  • Be self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple deliverables.
  • Be detail-oriented, passionate about managing complex projects, and creative in problem-solving.
  • Work well in a team environment.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead small teams, coordinate multiple projects, and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to handle complex situations with critical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact in a diverse, international, and matrix environment.
  • Fluent in at least one other widely used language (preferred: French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Russian).
