We are looking for a Quality and Data Reporting Coordinator in Milan / Hybrid.
Job Summary
As a Quality and Data Coordinator, you will join our Health Safety Environment and Quality team within the Operations department. In this role, you will report to the Global Head of HSEQ and will be responsible for aligning quality and data processes with strategic business goals by designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS). You will also lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of HSEQ-related data across the organization. Join us to drive the right power forward and make clean energy the natural choice for all!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards where applicable.
- Design and manage quality control processes, including setting and updating quality targets, action plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions, coordinating incident reporting, classification, and investigation processes.
- Promote a quality-driven culture through training, mentoring, and awareness initiatives for all stakeholders and liaise with local teams to ensure consistent implementation and improvement of QMS across sites.
- Collaborate with procurement to assess suppliers, contractors, and service/product specifications for compliance with internal and industry quality standards, and recommend improvements as needed.
Data Coordination and Reporting
- Design, execute, and manage the group HSEQ reporting framework, using company tools (e.g. Velocity), and coordinate with the CG IT teams to solve technical issues.
- Draft, document, and enforce standard reporting procedures to ensure consistency and data integrity from operational and construction sites.
- Analyze HSEQ and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and contribute to creating and maintaining report templates and dashboards to be presented in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, ensure and validate accurate data collection, resolve data quality issues, and support the effective use of reporting tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in engineering, with a focus on Quality Management.
- Experience: About 5 years of experience in quality management/control or a related field.
- Skills:
- Use of planning software and data presentation tools (e.g. MS Office package).
- Knowledge of quality control, procurement, internal audit and HSE KPIs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, effectively persuading and guiding other internal functions to support and align with quality criteria and standards, through communication, trust-building, and engagement.
- Break down complex issues into manageable parts, look for creative and alternative solutions, and propose improvement.
- Ability to work with people at multiple levels.
- Travel requirements: Occasional trips for conducting audits onsite.
