Your Mission
We are looking for a Product Specialist for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears to strengthen our Medium Voltage Marketing team.
In this role, you will act as the key link between the Line of Business, the Plant, and the Local Engineering Department. You will work closely with the Offer Marketing Manager for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears to adapt and implement the product strategy for the Italian market, ensuring industrialization, development, and customization to meet local requirements, as well as integration into local technical tools. You will maintain strong alignment with tendering and commercial teams to guarantee and support technical solution availability. Finally, you will actively participate in customer meetings and presentations as a recognized Secondary MV specialist.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with the Offer Marketing Manager as Product Expert to support the country‑level strategy for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears, set around Marketing pillars of "Product, Price, Place, and Promotion".
- Engage in frequent and proactive exchanges with the MV Line of Business to sustain and influence product development in line with Italian market technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the Plant to ensure industrial readiness and availability of identified technical solutions, in line with business priorities.
- Develop technical content to enable offer availability for specification and quotation through technical documentation and software tools.
- Support local tendering, pre‑sales and sales teams to ensure technical solution availability and competitiveness.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise, insights, and defending the unique advantages of our solutions against customer needs and competitors.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Previous technical experience with Medium Voltage applications.
- Comfortable with office software (Office 365, CAD) and open to discovering new digital configuration tools (eXteem, i‑Project).
- Excellent team working skills.

- High organization of the job.
- Good communicator.
- Fluent English and Italian.
