Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Advertising Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Google Ad Manager, with a specific focus on managing digital adv campaigns. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their objectives and executing campaigns that deliver measurable success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Management : Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns.
  • Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals, develop tailored strategies, and provide ongoing support and insights.
  • Ad Trafficking : Handle all aspects of ad trafficking, including tagging, troubleshooting, and ensuring correct ad delivery.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns through A / B testing, targeting refinements, and creative enhancements to meet and exceed client KPIs.
  • Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Industry Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising, including on YouTube and Google Ad Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement the Partner Sales Program.
  • Support in developing creative briefs, targeting strategies, and A / B testing.
  • Knowledge of Partner Sales Programs and the media advertising landscape.
  • Commercial Offers : Support in the redaction of commercial offers for clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-3 years of hands‑on experience managing digital campaigns.
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of ad trafficking, targeting, and optimization techniques on Google Ad Manager.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and using insights to optimize strategies.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Problem‑Solving : Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues and find creative solutions to achieve client goals.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for day‑to‑day tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with additional digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads certifications.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
