Job Title: Commercial Contracts Fulfillment Manager

Job Location: Rome

Main Responsibilities

  • Bidding Support: Actively participate in bidding projects, review bidding documents, support bidding teams in preparation of deliverables in compliance with Huawei regulations, and communicate with customers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Participate in and lead contract negotiation for overseas telecommunication projects (especially large-scale telecommunication turnkey projects and managed/maintenance service projects are a plus). Lead the negotiation team to reach targets as chief negotiator, including acceptance and delivery terms clauses.
  • Execution Support: Support the delivery team during the contract execution phase by providing interpretation of contract clauses.
  • Penalty Management: Manage penalties and negotiate accordingly.
  • Negotiation Strategy: Formulate effective negotiation strategies and ensure successful implementation.
  • Contract Drafting & Review: Draft contracts and participate in overall review to support decision-making in contracting stages. Familiarity with standard contract templates in the telecom and construction industries (e.g., FIDIC) is required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving overall corporate negotiation capability by delivering training on negotiation and sharing experiences.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with qualifications/experience in international trade and financing, international business law, project management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in contract management within corporate, consultancy, or legal environments.
  • Cross-functional Competencies: Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
