Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, branch in Rome Termini, is recruiting for an important client operating in the large-scale retail sector (GDO):

Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

1. Setting up and restocking the bakery counter.
2. Direct sales and customer service at the counter.
3. Quality control of products and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
4. Restocking, cleaning, and proper storage of food items.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in GDO or similar environments.
2. Experience as a bakery/pastry counter clerk with customer sales activities.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
4. Flexible working hours, availability to work shifts and on holidays.
5. Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

Additional Information

We offer:

1. Initial fixed-term contract in temporary employment with a trial period from 21/08 to 31/08, with the possibility of extension.
2. Salary and classification based on experience.
3. Work location: Rome – Talenti area.
