Responsibilities
Support Customer Service Manager in daily activities, also liaising with 3PL Logistic Supplier.
Support Logistics Deviations and Non-Conformities in line with SOP.
Handle Quality complaints and support on any other Quality topics/requests.
Assist with customer payment checks and debt collection in collaboration with Treasury Department.
Update efficiently a list of clients, gathering all relevant info: Name of client, person of contact, contact means (telephone, email, fax) for both public and private clients.
Support on Tender activities both for private and public customer.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in office environments, preferably within pharmaceutical companies.
Languages: Italian (Advanced) and English (upper-intermediate).
