🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
- Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
✅ What You Bring
- Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
- Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
