Site Project Engineer | Oil&Gas | Kazakistan, Monza

Jobtech, an entirely digital employment agency, is seeking a Site Project Engineer for a well-established company specializing in Oil&Gas plant engineering.

The selected candidate will be assigned to a significant engineering project located in Kazakhstan (Caspian Sea coast), with an estimated duration of 15/18 months. Upon completion, the position will be permanently based at the technical office in Assago (MI).

Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves supervising and coordinating feasibility studies (FEED - Front End Engineering Design) and preliminary design activities.

The specific responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and supervising FEED activities of subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager in managing subcontractors
• Managing the budget and related documentation
• Coordinating technical activities and implementing corrective actions when necessary
• Monitoring workload and progress
• Participating in regular meetings to review project status and resolve interdisciplinary issues, as well as validating engineering developments

Requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in Project Management roles within Oil&Gas/Offshore engineering
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
• Professional command of English
• Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan for 15/18 months

Compensation package: Fixed-term contract with relocation support and guaranteed returns.
