Co-founder AI developer

We are seeking a co-founder and experienced AI developer to join our new technology project, based in Genoa. In this flexible, hybrid role, much of the work can be done remotely. You will be responsible for the design and development of AI-based solutions, collaborating with the team to define the company's vision and technology strategy. You will implement advanced algorithms and optimise machine learning models to address complex and innovative problems. The role also requires an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to strategic decisions and the project's growth.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and algorithms to develop effective solutions are essential.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas and technical solutions clearly.

Experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Research skills to stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.

• A passion for innovation, a proactive attitude, and previous experience in entrepreneurship or startup development are considered positive aspects.
