Due to the growth of our team, Intellisync is looking for an ITSM Specialist with strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and advanced expertise in ITSM platforms — particularly BMC Helix.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in configuring, customizing, and managing ITSM platforms to support the implementation and optimization of processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and IT Asset Management.
You will collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure that implemented solutions are aligned with ITIL best practices and business objectives.
