Wonderful is transforming the way enterprises deliver customer support, blending cutting-edge AI with local market expertise. Backed by a record $34M pre-seed from Index, Bessemer, and Vine, we’re scaling fast across Europe and beyond. Our AI agents are already live with enterprise clients in telecom, banking, and healthcare, helping organizations modernize their contact centers, elevate customer experience, and reduce costs. You will also contribute directly to strategic and commercial projects, from sales operations and pricing analysis to vendor management and RFI/RFP processes.
This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior leadership while gaining exposure to strategy, operations, and international business execution in a fast-growing AI scale-up.
Key Responsibilities

- Own the flow of information between Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal) and HQ, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment.
- Support sales operations across the region, including CRM alignment, pipeline tracking, and coordination with local and global teams.
- Act as backup for the sales team on pricing analysis, ensuring proposals and models are consistent across markets. Support Margin Analysis of the region
- Assist in the preparation and management of RFI/RFP processes, coordinating inputs from product, sales, and technical teams.

- Assist in the planning and execution of regional events, workshops, and customer meetings.
- Drive internal processes to keep projects on track and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Be a trusted sounding board and problem-solver for the GM, stepping in to handle operational details so leadership can focus on growth and strategy.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

- Entrepreneurial, hands-on spirit: willing to “roll up sleeves” and handle both strategic projects and operational details.
Why Wonderful?
- Work directly with the Executive GM, gaining exposure to high-level strategy and execution in one of Wonderful’s fastest-growing regions.
- Accelerated career growth in an international AI scale-up environment.
