Edge – A division of Eurosearch Consultants, specialising in the recruitment and selection of specialist and middle management personnel, for company specialized in the production of automotive components, supplying major international OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers, is looking for :

SITE HR MANAGER

Responsibilities

The role will have responsibility for the main HR functions at the production site and will act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers in managing daily HR activities.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and company policies.
  • Support change management initiatives and cultural development.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll providers.
  • Support performance management and employee development processes.
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and daily HR inquiries.
  • Oversee and coordinate all occupational health and safety activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Italian workplace safety regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 81 / 2008).
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
  • Organize safety training and awareness initiatives.
  • Liaise with external consultants and competent authorities.
  • Maintain documentation related to workplace safety and incident management.

The position reports to the Site Manager and functionally to the Global HR Director.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic organization.
  • Fluent in English.

Work location : Located in the Province of Turin, western outer area
