Junior Community & Content Manager

The Junior Community & Content Manager will be responsible for qualitative campaign monitoring, including moderating user-generated content and managing relationships with selected digital profiles to ensure alignment with brand tone of voice and guidelines.

They will activate community animation levers to boost engagement within the campaign’s digital communities and tribes. Additionally, they will identify relevant user-generated content and affiliated digital communities, engage in conversations with content creators upon proper authorization, and handle standard reporting and performance measurement as outlined in the campaign’s reporting section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the social media presence for multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
  • Execute social listening strategies, ensuring consistent and engaging interactions with the audience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and digital communities.
  • Foster authentic conversations that drive brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Develop engagement strategies that resonate with the audience and align with brand objectives.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to inform brand storytelling.
  • Identify opportunities for real-time marketing and creative social activations.
  • Monitor online conversations and proactively address negative feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Work with the content and creative teams to develop engaging, platform-specific content.
  • Suggest new content formats and innovative approaches to increase engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and refine future strategies.
  • Provide regular reports with key takeaways and recommendations for growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online communities, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire conversations.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Have work permit in Italy and live in Milan.
  • Languages: Italian native, English full working proficiency (written and verbal).
