The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliates to maximise revenue and build long-term relationships. This is a client-facing, travel-based sales role covering Northern Italy, with regular in-person meetings with affiliates and prospective clients. The role focuses on nurturing affiliate relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding GC Partners’ target client base. The BDM will work with stakeholders to meet sales targets and ensure affiliates and clients receive excellent service, embodying GC Partners’ core values in all interactions.
