About this vacancy

Purpose of The Role : As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for key client projects and strategic initiatives, including identifying solution domains, solving problems, and ensuring execution excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners, PMO members, engineers, and product leaders to address a wide range of issues, understand concepts, find solutions, design, and implement key components. Your Role and Responsibilities : - Perform the role of Project Manager for a medium-large size project - Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules - Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitor progress while writing reports - Use content management systems and project management software - Report and update the Project Director and PMO - Guide the functional and technical teams while maintaining the solution vision and design principles - Handle all client communications and relationships across different team levels - Collaborate with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases - Provide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection - Monitor and guide the development team - Prepare all necessary documents for project follow-up activities (reports, invoicing, planning, and information management, etc.) - Successfully close the project, achieving targeted milestones for completion, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction - Manage modifications for projects under execution - Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives

What we expect from you

  • You have a M. Sc. in Engineering areas or Computer Sciences and 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office and MS Projects
  • Practical experience with content management systems and project management software
  • PMP® or other Project Management certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Data Governance is a plus
  • Very good interface and communication skills (extensive interfaces with partners and client‑company back offices)
  • Fluent in English and Italian. French would be a plus.
  • Availability to travel
