Objective of the role: Develop the Bakery Business Unit by creating recipes and concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales, contributing to product development with R&D, demonstrating product quality to clients, and promoting products aligned with the Group's strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Demonstrate product quality, ensuring the preparation of high-quality finished products.
• Participate in company and partner events.
• Provide technical advice on product development and positioning, collaborating with R&D and Marketing.
• Contribute to creating the corporate image by following and implementing trends (images, brochures, packaging, etc.).
• Train colleagues, clients, and salespeople on product knowledge and usage.
• Develop creativity in daily work.
• Enhance understanding of the market and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Gastronomic Sciences, Hotel School, Culinary School with specialization in Baking.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Demonstration Technician in structured food companies or as an independent Baker.
• Languages: Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally if necessary.
• Passion for Baking, good communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, precision, and reliability.
