RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – PROTECTED CATEGORY (L.68/99)

Location: Parma, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy

Sector: Workforce selection agencies / HR services

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, collaborating with the regional team.
• Publish and source candidate pipelines on major job portals and local talent networks.
• Maintain and update the internal database with candidate qualifications and status.
• Present shortlisted candidates to client companies and manage post‑placement follow‑up.
• Handle contract administration, extensions, and compliance documents (assumption, injury, illness).

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce selection agencies or structured HR environments.
• Degree preferably in humanities‑economics or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to grow professionally.
• Good command of English (international context) and excellent Office suite skills.
• Team player with orientation to results, dynamism, flexibility, and organizational capacity.
