Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple SAP programs and projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross‑functional teams and aligning with business strategy.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues and changes effectively using established risk‑management tools and techniques.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure quality control by overseeing testing phases, managing defects, and confirming all deliverables meet required standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior management, IT departments and external vendors.
• Collaborate with SAP consultants and business process owners to define and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor project performance, measuring success against defined metrics and KPIs.
• Mentor and guide less experienced project managers and team members.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, with at least 5 years in an SAP environment.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP solution modules, particularly PP, APO, IBP.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards project goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree.
• Certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional).
