Contact Center Associate – MENARINI Group
The role is part of CODIFI, the MENARINI Group company that manages customer service and order-to-cash processes for Italian companies, and is integrated within the Contact Center Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Operations and Digital Channels Manager.
The incumbent will manage outbound customer relationships (promotional/commercial focus) and inbound customer inquiries (first level support), aiming to centralize and optimize contacts for a targeted customer base, also via new communication channels.
Contract type: fixed term.
Location: Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area.
