Solution Designer

Responsibilities

• The Solution Designer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.
• Analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of the tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty.
• Verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and/or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and the best expected profitability in compliance with company policies.
• Discuss existing processes with figures belonging to the Operations area.
• Discuss with other company functions to confirm or request costs for services or tools necessary for the development of the offer.
• Develop the technical/commercial offer using specific Geodis tools.
• Summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.
