Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., a leading multi-line insurance company in Italy, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Casualty Underwriter - Segmento PMI.

Location: San Donato Milanese (MI)

The candidate, within the 'Imprese' area, will evaluate and quote casualty risks related to small and medium enterprises, in line with assigned underwriting authorities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, quote, and underwrite risks proposed by sales networks for products such as RCT/RCO, RC Prodotti, D&O, Infortuni, Tutela legale, using technical documentation and company tools.
• Update and reform the portfolio of policies for the assigned territorial area.
• Provide technical assistance and consultancy to Agencies and Brokers regarding underwriting and post-sale activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, or equivalent with excellent final grades.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in risk assessment and quoting within insurance companies, brokers, or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of underwriting techniques and risk pricing for third-party damages and personal injuries.
• Understanding of the SME insurance market and contractual practices.
• Good command of English.
• Decision-making autonomy, results orientation, and client focus.

Employment is permanent, with participation in a performance-based system. The position is open to both genders as per Italian law, with a preference for candidates from protected categories (ex art. 1 L. 68/99).
