Siamo alla ricerca di un Product Manager Neuro-Immuno & Intensive Care per guidare la promozione dei prodotti Grifols Neuro-Immuno & Intensive Care in Italia.
What your responsibilities will be
- Develop, present and implement a strategic marketing plan in line with approved global messaging strategy.
- Formulate and direct the promotional plan, public relations plan, medical education plan, budget and objectives for the assigned product in support of the strategic objectives.
- Support the position of the brand by creating and implementing plans and programs to defend and expand market share.
- Achieve market share goals for the assigned products. Re-evaluate resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders through knowledge exchange on scientific trends and unmet needs within therapeutic areas.
- Maintain and develop relations with Italian treatment centres and multidisciplinary staff.
- Strengthen cross-functional alliances by supporting medical conventions, advisory boards, data presentations, trial site identification and involvement in clinical/scientific projects.
- Act as product representative on internal and external committees and projects as assigned.
- Adherence to local Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Practice and National Regulator requirements.
- Creation, processing and translation of marketing materials and approval through the PromoMats process.
Who you are

- You have a university degree in Biological Science, Pharmacy or CTF or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of similar experience in multinational or complex organizations.
- Experience in areas of haematology / haemostasis & thrombosis / rare and orphan diseases would be an advantage.
- Sales management experience.
- You speak fluent English and Italian.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, interpersonal communication skills and team player.
- Computer skills - Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad, represent the Company in National and International Congresses.

Il ruolo che stiamo ricercando
In qualità di Product Manager, lavorerai all'interno della Neuro-Immunology & Intensive Care Business Unit per sviluppare il portafoglio prodotti di Grifols nel campo della neurologia, anestesia-rianimazione e centri trasfusionali.
