As a Solution Engineer you will embark on the Huawei Graduate Program in Italy, an intensive program designed to cultivate and nurture the next generation of tech leaders.

Program Highlights

Main Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
• Sales Support: Assist in solution planning, preparation of technical presentations, and meeting solution‑related sales targets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements, analyze industry service trends, and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies.
• Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical, or a related technical field, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, data centers, electric mobility, site power facilities, or embedded power systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross‑project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
