The Role
We’re looking for passionate students or recent graduates who want to dive into the exciting world of RV and campervan rentals and gain hands‑on tourism experience at our Milan Depot located in Ferno, near the Malpensa Airport. As our International Operations Intern, you’ll be the friendly face of our brand – welcoming guests, setting them up for road trips of a lifetime, and ensuring their journey ends just as wonderfully as it began.
What Will You Work On?
- Front‑office Activities: Customer service and sales: take care of check‑ins and check‑outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road‑trip extras.
- Back‑office Activities:
- Operations handling: align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road‑trip extras and kits.
- Quality control: maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: support the team in monitoring existing stock, coordinating fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues.
Who Are We Looking For?
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship.
- You are fluent in English, have a work permit (if applicable), and a valid driver's licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
- You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer‑service orientation.
- You have a problem‑solving mindset, thrive to create solutions and feel comfortable getting your hands dirty.
