Role Overview
We offer you a role as an experienced Supervisor for the Ploom brand.
You will manage a group of people, guiding them alongside you to reach specific objectives. You will focus on a single client, one of the world's leading tobacco manufacturers, known for brands such as Camel and Winston, with flexibility in organizing your work.

Responsibilities
- Support a project related to the launch of a new product in the heated tobacco category: Ploom X.
- Coordinate a team and help them develop their potential to grow professionally.
- Manage activities within a territory assigned to you, aiming to improve sales results continuously.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Ploom Ambassadors.
- Preside specific channels to create engagement opportunities with customers.
- Supervise ongoing team training.
- Accompany colleagues on the field to share best practices.
- Collect and interpret data and useful information to reach set objectives.
- Stay in contact with many people and professionals in Milan office and across the territory.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
- Comfortable managing a team.
- Knowledge of the territory.
- Extensive contacts in events or a broad network to cultivate in the territory.
- Constant attention to details and KPIs to improve performance.
- Excellent communicative and persuasive skills.
- Valid B license and a vehicle.
- Organized and proactive initiative‑taking.
