Our client is a very nice investment company looking to expand in Switzerland, especially in the Structured Products Sales side.

We seek a candidate with top-level interpersonal skills and deep financial knowledge regarding equities, fixed income, and derivatives. This is a unique opportunity in Geneva to learn and grow in a solid and fast‑growing company. The chosen person will have prior experience engaging with clients in the Swiss Coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the business for the French / Italian / German part of Switzerland
  • With the help of the Partner, grow the book of clients and discuss trade ideas
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients in this part of Switzerland
  • Act as a technical referral for clients with the help of the structuring team
  • Generate product trade ideas
  • Be a key part of the team in Geneva

Requirements

  • Between 18 months and 5 years of experience in a Structured Products desk
  • Experience in Structured Products, whether equity/FI underlyings
  • Experience in pricing, trading or sales is mandatory
  • French and English are mandatory – Italian or German a plus
  • Very good communication skills – clear and concise
  • Deep knowledge of the environment of a Sales person in a Private Bank / Investment Bank / Fund
  • Ability to deliver fast and well in a small environment but with high responsibilities and outcomes
