Helpdesk IT

Teoresi S.p.A., with over 35 years of history, operates through 8 companies across Italy, the United States, Germany, and Switzerland, employing more than 1200 resources. The company has made 4 acquisitions in a year and works with a single partner offering one unified solution.

For our internal ICT team in Turin, we are seeking:

The candidate will configure company IT devices and provide support via ticketing service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Level 1 Helpdesk activities
• Providing hardware and software assistance on-site and remotely
• Troubleshooting any issues faced by colleagues
• Managing company assets and workstations
• Installing and maintaining client operating systems and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office)
• Basic knowledge of corporate network architecture (VLAN, Switches, Cisco)
• Monitoring and managing Helpdesk ICT tickets to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Availability for short and occasional travel
• Possession of a B driving license
