We're looking for a Freelance Functional / Business Analyst (Mid-Level) with at least 4 years of experience in Agile environments, ideally within the IT consulting, energy & utilities, or financial services sectors.

This position plays a key role in supporting our business partners as they evolve to meet the personalized expectations of today's digital customers.

• Professional English proficiency (C1 or strong B2 level).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Genuine passion for digital innovation and emerging technologies.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle SQL (intermediate queries) and MySQL.
• Solid background in requirements gathering, functional analysis, testing, documentation, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience collaborating within Agile software development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, or TFS.
