QA R&D TRAINING SPECIALIST

On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a QA R&D Training Specialist .

The selected candidate will be responsible for the effective management and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors e-learning platform, optimizing training programs and operational workflows to strengthen staff competencies and ensure compliance with GxP requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .

Key responsibilities include :

• System administration
• Support to international affiliates
• Delivery of quality-related training
• Maintenance of training documentation
• Monitoring of training-related KPIs
• Preparation for inspections and collaboration within the QA R&D team to harmonize processes across the Group companies

Requirements :

• Previous experience as SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Quality System management and GxP-related training
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems (e.g., eDMS)
• Fluent English , both written and spoken
