Job Description

The activities the resource will take care of are:

• Customer reception from arrival to departure
• Informs the customer about the conditions of stay, formalities, and services of the hotel
• Anticipates the customer's needs and manages any objections and/or observations by presenting a solution in the shortest time possible
• Transmits necessary information to other departments
• Switchboard management
• Cash management

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is appreciated
• At least three years' experience in a similar role within high-standard hotel environments (4/5* hotels, Relais & Chateaux)
• Customer orientation, communication skills, flexibility, and team working

Additional Information

Fixed-term contract from immediately to November 2025 with the possibility of renewal for the following season. CCNL Turismo. Salary and classification will be based on profile and experience. Full-time availability. Provision of board and accommodation.
