This is a 12 month fixed term contract. Amazon Fresh is transforming how people shop for groceries, offering unparalleled convenience with same-day delivery of fresh produce, everyday essentials, and local favorites. As we continue to expand our service, we're looking for a dynamic marketing professional to help us grow our customer base and enhance the Amazon Fresh experience. We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join the team and make Amazon Fresh the go-to choice for Italian shoppers.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead Amazon Fresh's marketing strategy in Italy while collaborating across European markets
• Develop and optimize promotional campaigns based on customer insights and data analytics
• Lead merchandising strategy and execution
• Create detailed performance analyses using QuickSight and SQL
• Evaluate promotion ROI and customer behavior patterns
• Streamline reporting processes through automation
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership
• Scope and lead new projects and opportunity to keep the business growing

What We\'re Looking For

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in data-driven marketing and campaign
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools
• Excellence in both Italian written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Track record of translating customer insights into successful marketing initiatives
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal)
• Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing, particularly in the grocery / FMCG sector
• Additional European languages are a plus
• Experience with A / B testing and promotional campaign optimization in a high-growth environment
