SER Mechanical Engineering Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Design mechanical drawings and implement upgrades for tissue machinery.
• Support the Inside Sales team by preparing accurate technical quotations.
• Develop and execute mechanical upgrade projects ensuring feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on completed upgrades and propose new standard improvements.
• Assess customer requests for technical feasibility and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar studies.
• 3-5 years of mechanical design experience in an automation company, with a strong technical background in industrial automation.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical design tools including CAD 2D and CAD 3D (NX SolidWorks), PLM (Teamcenter), SolidWorks PDM.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of SAP.
• Availability and willingness to travel.
