Hybrid work modality (3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)
You’ll be involved in the following tasks
- Implementation of Odoo: analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimize business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve the efficiency of accounting firms.
- Partner Network Management: support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of the Italian network of accounting firms.
- Training & Support: share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.
- Product Improvement & Development: collaborate with our Product Owners by sharing valuable feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform and ensure it is 100% compliant with Italian accounting standards.
- Business Development: work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to promote Odoo from an accounting perspective — participating in events, roadshows, Odoo Academy sessions and training courses.

Requirements
Nice to have
- Previous experience in implementing ERP or management software
- Knowledge of credit management, financial planning, and IFRS/IFRS standards
