We are looking for an Apprentice within the Digital Industries area who will be trained in 2 years in Milan, Padua and Bologna as Junior Sales Specialist, with a focus on boosting Innovation and Digitalization in the Italian Industrial Market, especially on AI, cybersecurity and PLC portfolio. Over the course of a 2‑year apprenticeship, you’ll receive cutting‑edge training, hands‑on experience, and the support of a dedicated mentor. Responsibilities
- Support the sales team and customers in identifying the best technological solutions
- Explore the market and the competitors’ offer
- Scout new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Promote digitalization and innovation across the industrial landscape
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and how Siemens technologies can help them stay competitive
Qualifications
- Under 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Recent graduate or about to graduate in a Master’s Degree in Engineering, passionate about technological innovation
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, curious and eager to keep learning
- Continuous self‑improvement enthusiast
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge
