Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all production-related activities from pre-production to post-production, ensuring deadlines and technical requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcast vendors and suppliers, overseeing negotiations, delivery quality, and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of audiovisual content production, including preparation of venues or locations, staff, and technical equipment.
  • Ensure adequate resources, personnel, equipment, and budget are allocated for each project through careful planning and efficient management.
  • Manage the allocated budget, ensuring expenses remain within limits and return on investment is maximized.
  • Identify and mitigate risks such as technical issues, production delays, or shifting client requirements to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure productions meet transmission schedules and avoid delays that impact timely delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate technical and support teams to ensure effective collaboration and workflow.
  • Negotiate with vendors, casters, and production personnel to secure favorable terms and industry-standard compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (content, communication, marketing, commercial) to ensure cohesive production outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are balanced, milestones are met, and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Adapt to dynamic timelines, maintaining efficiency under pressure while balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
  • Support live events and broadcasts by working weekends or outside regular hours when required.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Studies in Communication, Journalism, Entertainment Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of television / film production processes and techniques.
  • Experience with audiovisual production, technical equipment, post-production, live broadcasting, on-set safety, production management, and office software.
  • Proven experience collaborating with broadcast vendors / suppliers and managing third-party stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Skilled in planning, organization, effective communication, conflict resolution, proactivity, customer focus, empathy, teamwork, and flexibility.
  • Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules in a live production environment.
