Dental Specialist – Catania & Province

The role manages the portfolio of professional dental practices within the assigned territory and reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the assigned territory and continuously monitor market and competitor activity.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of dental professionals (dentists and dental hygienists) in the territory, becoming a reference point for oral health and influencing full prescription and therapy adherence.
• Formulate commercial offers related to professional product purchases and prescriptions and secure orders.
• Drive commercial objectives in reference pharmacies through prescription incentive, conveying company values.
• Build synergy with Trade Marketing Specialist and Clinical Specialist on the territory.
• Prepare activity reports.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree.
• Preferable experience in the dental sector.
• Consulting and client retention aptitude.
• Organized, proactive, flexible.
