Salary Range: $41,200 - $44,780 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about crafting compelling narratives and engaging with audiences through various channels. As a key member of our communications team, you will help develop and implement communication strategies that elevate our brand and enhance our visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
• Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Conduct research to inform communication strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
