Head of Integrated Management System

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a professional for the position of Integrated Management System Manager , for its headquarters in Mirano (VE) or Milan.

The professional we are looking for will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance, updating and effectiveness of our ISO-certified management systems, as well as other certifications and attestations relevant to our business. You will have to become the point of reference for activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Uni PdR 125 : 2022, SA 8000 and UNI / PdR 74 : 2019, contributing to continuous process improvement and regulatory compliance.

The professional will be responsible for :

• Manage the maintenance of the integrated management system;
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate activities for the renewal of certifications and attestations;
• Coordinate the updating of system documents in response to new requirements or organisational changes;
• Conduct periodic audits to verify the effectiveness of the management system and identify areas for improvement;
• Keeping track of deadlines and technical requirements ensuring regulatory compliance;
• Actively participate in certification-related activities, including the development of new procedures and participation in specific training.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements :

• Degree preferably in a technical or management field;
• Previous experience in an integrated systems management role is appreciated;
• Good knowledge of regulations and requirements related to ISO, SA8000 and UNI PdR 125 : 2022 certification;
• Capacity for critical analysis and identification of areas for improvement;
• Predisposition to organisation and attention to detail;
