We are seeking to hire 1 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for the affiliation and management of new Points of Sale (Shop in Shop).

Job Description:

The selected candidate will manage the Partner affiliation process and develop commercial strategies to increase business opportunities, expand the customer portfolio, and retain existing clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of delegated commercial operations at Partner Points and coordinating sales activities in synergy with other company departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new Points of Sale (Shop in Shop) at Bars, Tobacco Shops, CAFs, private post offices, real estate agencies, mobile centers, and service centers.
• Plan effective commercial strategies.
• Train and motivate the sales team.
• Achieve challenging targets.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a manager with:

• Experience in the search and management of Points of Sale in the Energy or Telecommunications sector.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Result and customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
