Prospect, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social outreach).
Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and tailor outreach strategies.
Schedule discovery meetings with qualified leads for the sales team to take forward.
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and outcomes.
Achieve and exceed individual lead generation and meeting goals.
Optimize your outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback from prospects.
Position Requirements
You possess a Bachelor degree in business or a related field
Ideally, you have prior stage/intership experience, ideally, e.g. business development in the digital industry, digital marketing, marketplace, e-commerce solutions, advertising sales, and/or business consulting.
You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and goal-oriented.
You have customer-facing experience in digital, e-commerce, or advertising sales.
You are ambitious to continuously grow and develop your personal and professional skills.
Your written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English are excellent.
