Responsibilities



  • Prospect, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social outreach).

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and tailor outreach strategies.

  • Schedule discovery meetings with qualified leads for the sales team to take forward.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and outcomes.

  • Achieve and exceed individual lead generation and meeting goals.

  • Optimize your outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback from prospects.


Position Requirements



  • You possess a Bachelor degree in business or a related field

  • Ideally, you have prior stage/intership experience, ideally, e.g. business development in the digital industry, digital marketing, marketplace, e-commerce solutions, advertising sales, and/or business consulting.

  • You have strong communication skills, are open-minded, and goal-oriented.

  • You have customer-facing experience in digital, e-commerce, or advertising sales.

  • You are ambitious to continuously grow and develop your personal and professional skills.

  • Your written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English are excellent.
