About the role

We are looking for a HSE Specialist for our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
  • Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
  • Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
  • Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
  • Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organizational and government standards related to employee health and safety and environmental conditions.
  • Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct risk assessments.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related HSE field.
  • Previous work experience (2‑3 years) in HSE management.
  • Interest in the industrial field.
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written.
