Overview

Adecco, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, seeks a Promoter for retail tobacco outlets. The selected candidate will preside the sales points (tobacco outlets, bars, receipt areas) affiliated to the company, illustrate the service offered through the app, support the customers in the download and registration, and provide help in performing the first game that will enable them to access attractive bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Preside the sales points (tobacco outlets, bars, receipt areas) affiliated to the company.
• Illustrate the service offered through the app to potential customers.
• Support customers in the download and registration, and provide help in performing the first game that will enable them to access attractive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Preferable previous experience in the promotion of services or products.
• Excellent communication and relational skills.
• Customer‑oriented orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work on shifts, from Monday to Saturday.
• Knowledge of computer tools, especially app usage.

Offer

• Deterministic 6+6 month contract with concrete long‑term insertion prospects.
• V level of the CCNL Commerce on 14 monthly basis.
• Full time 40h weekly on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days on 7).
• Variable incentivating bonuses of sure interest.
• Meal vouchers of 8€.
• Initial and continuous training.
