Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Project Manager to oversee retail projects in the Fashion & Luxury sector, collaborating with leading Italian and international brands in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Serve as the main contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Project Monitoring: Manage project objectives, budgets, timelines, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
3. Technical Configurations: Oversee technical and functional configurations, ensuring alignment with client requirements, working closely with the technical team.
4. Resource Coordination: Lead and motivate the project team, monitor activities, and ensure effective execution.
5. Documentation: Maintain clear and updated project documentation for transparency and clarity.

Requirements:

While not all are mandatory, the ideal candidate will possess:

1. Education & Experience: Degree in computer engineering or related fields, experience in application consulting and managing complex retail projects, knowledge of Office and basic SQL.
2. Skills: Eagerness to learn new management software, proficiency in English, customer and business orientation, excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities. Availability for travel within Italy and abroad is also required.
