Position: Project Manager (Hull Works & Piping)

Location: Genoa, Italy (with frequent travel across Europe & worldwide)

Start Date: As soon as available

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of international hull (steel) and piping projects
• Coordinate teams, materials, and subcontractors on site
• Ensure quality, timelines, budget control, and compliance with safety standards
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Travel across Europe and worldwide for project supervision
• Perform project calculations, planning, and resource management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management (hull/steel works; piping experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of shipyard processes and marine construction
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Availability for frequent travel
