Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join its office in Rome / Genoa / Naples / Bari / Milan within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division.

Mission

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions on the Azure platform, leveraging Azure's AI tools to create innovative applications that enhance business growth and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

1. Solution Design & Development: Design and develop generative AI models using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
2. AI Model Training: Fine-tune and optimize pre-built models or develop custom solutions for NLP, image generation, etc.
3. Cloud Integration: Implement AI solutions integrated with Azure services like Data Lake, Functions, and DevOps.
4. Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy models ensuring scalability, security, and performance, using Azure monitoring tools.
5. Collaboration: Work with data scientists and product teams to translate requirements into solutions.
6. Innovation: Keep updated with AI and cloud trends to improve solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in programming with Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Services.
• Understanding of Azure cloud architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices for AI deployment.
• Experience with generative models like GPT-4, Llama.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques.

Nice to Have

• Advanced Python development skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications like Azure AI Engineer Associate.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
